Account Verification After Login In VOdds
After you sign in, VOdds can ask for verification to confirm who you are and to meet anti-fraud and AML checks. The platform typically lets you browse and play while a verification request is pending, but it can block withdrawals until the check is completed.
Verification is commonly triggered when you request your first withdrawal, change key account details (name, email, phone, or payment method), or when the system flags a login as unusual (new device, new IP, or repeated failed sign-in attempts). It can also be required when deposit and withdrawal activity hits internal risk thresholds or when a payment provider requests extra confirmation.
VOdds usually runs the process through an in-account upload flow. Files must be clear, in color, and show all corners; blurred images and cropped edges get rejected. Names and dates must match the account profile, and the same legal name should be used across your documents and payment method.
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence. VOdds typically asks for a photo of the front and back (if applicable) and may request a selfie or live check to match your face to the document.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your full name and current address. These documents are commonly required to be recent (often within the last 3 months).
- Payment method: For cards, a photo of the card with the middle digits masked (show first 6 and last 4) and the CVV hidden. For e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing your name and email/ID. For bank transfers, a statement showing the account holder and IBAN.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslip, tax return, bank statements, or a sale/inheritance document if the activity level requires an extra AML check.
Once VOdds approves verification, withdrawals proceed under the verified profile. If a document fails, the usual reasons are mismatched details, expired ID, unreadable images, or an address document that is too old.
